August- Healthy Living 

This month, the classes will work through a variety of hands on activities as they learn about the how to energize their bodies with healthy food and how keep their bodies moving. We learn the importance of proper hygiene with some fun experiments, and practice keeping our teeth sparkly and clean too.

One of our favorite weeks of the year, we practice mindfulness. The children work on observing feelings in themselves and others, and practice regulation techniques.
